My wife and I received our invitation to come to a presentation for VIP Travel. We went with our eyes wide open... or so we thought.
The presentation is so believeable, and the discussion answered all our questions, so we decided to try it out. First BIG mistake.
My wife and I love to travel, so we thought we could go to nicer places with VIP Travel. All we have gotten so far is the runaround. Either VIP can't get what we want when we want it, or some other "line" is used.
We know now that we got "sucked" into the biggest scam of all, but maybe we can save some other soul from making the same mistake we did. I'd love to see this company closed down.
VIP Travel is a very dishonest company, and my wife and I have, hopefully, learned a very big lesson.
Again... "If it sounds too good to be true... it probably is VIP Travel!"

The reason your getting the line we can't do any better then that for pricing. Is because travel agencies today are doing the same things you can do yourself for free. They are making hotel and plane reservations online. Anyone with computer and internet access can do the same things for free. You can combined any hotel plane and rental car at a number of sites like hotels.com or travelocity.com. This is why you are getting the same quotes from vip travel. You are much better getting quotes yourself for your vacation needs.

We have contacted VIP several times about taking a certain trip, and we get the "Oh. we can't do any better than the price you have already have", or they say they will get back to us with a quote, and then we never hear from them. This just happened. We called about a quote for a trip to Florida, the sweet lady said to give her a day or two, and it has been almost a week and a half. This to me is bad business... especially when we just joined this travel agency. I understand that this may not sound like a big deal to some, but we have spent alot of money, and we are getting nothing back in return.

I didn't have any problem understanding what the poster was complaining about.
He keeps trying to make reservations but VIP Travel is making excuses about why his reservation can't be made.
Is this an common problem with VIP Travel?
If the customers are only allowed to travel on February 29 during a new moon while doing a handstand then I imagine new potential customers of VIP Travel would want to hear about it.
If the customer is unreasonably picky and he's mad because he can't make a reservation for Thanksgiving weekend with only a week's notice then let's hear about that.
More information from both sides please.

What exactly is your complaint about? You say that we are dishonest and a scam, yet there really is no complaint listed. Have you tried contacting our member services office? If so, who have you spoken to. We will do whatever it takes to rectify any situation possible. We put thousands of member on vacation EACH year. If you have a problem with your membership, then you need to let us know about instead of coming on here and putting a complaint. This site isnt going to get your situation rectified. Please call our member services office and let us know what your complaint is, so that we may handle it. We can't fix problems if we don't know about them.
