VIP Travel never received the free vacation promised for joining home improvement club, took $75 reservation fee, dates are never available, Port Orange, Florida

We received a free vacation for joining a pricey home improvement club that will take us three years to pay off. We were promised 2 free nights/3 day vacation plus a $100 gas voucher and $30 food voucher. We were told this vacation would be free, a gift, for joining the club. We were then asked by VIP to pay a $75 "refundable" reservation fee that would be returned when making the reservation. We found this to be disturbing but sent our money in. We have tried unsuccessfully three times to make a reservation which has to be 60 days in advance.

Each time we are told our dates are unavailable and to reschedule. We are getting close to the one year expiration date of this vacation and see where this is headed. We've had trouble getting phone calls through to VIP. THe supervisor, "Sue" who refuses to give her last name was not helpful at all and downright rude. She said there was no office mgr but we have found out there is and her name is Kara Gallagher. The owne is Julie McCollom who is never in the office. We would love to speak to these people. There are reports all over this website and other local websites (Port Orange Topix) about the fraudulent business practices being conducted by VIP. We want our vacation and our refundable $75 returned.
