I just received my April credit card balance and it happens I have been charged USD 97.00... four times... from what seems to be an Australian company I had never before heard of: Viper Marketing.

I did some research to find out who they were, and discovered these are some sort of scammers who are ripping off people all around the world.

They have a physical address and a phone number, but no email.

On just one site called Scambook, there are 82 non-resolved complaints filed in April. The total money taken away from these people adds up to $32,485.35, and keeps going up.

Scambook investigators has contacted them twice, with no response on their part. Last contact made by them was April 08, 2013.

I have no idea what to do about this or who to reach out to.

I would appreciate any advice that I can get.

Viper Marketing This company has been charging my credit card $87.00 for almost a year and I have been unable to stop it. I have cancelled credit cards and have new ones issued, but somehow it keeps getting thru. I have disputed the charge three times with ATT card, but they keep paying it. I don't know what to do.
