Viper Moving & Storage Deceptive Moving Company Bates and Switches Prices Day of Move Sacramento - Santa Monica California

Viper Moving and Storage, is the worst moving company ever. They lie from the top to the bottom. Serena at the beginning of the process is persistent, reassuring and deceptive. She quotes you a price and assurese you, that is what the price will remain and that things will run very smooth with no damage. 

I was quoted by Serena approximately two months prior to the move. They almost doubled the price the day of the move when I had no choice since I had to vacate the premisis due to relocation. Dino the packer, calls Chris at the office and they discuss a new price to present me. I had no choice but to agree given the urgency of my lack of remaining time to move since I did not forsee any issues to come about. 

Once the furniture was packed and they were paid, they kept the furniture for two weeks prior to delivery. I moved from Santa Monica to San Antonio. Once delivered, the delivery man Tal, refused to deliver the furniture and held it hostage unless my husband agreed to pay more money. When I found out, I called Chiris to complain. He stated if I kept quiet and wouldn't post any bad reviews he would not charge us anything additonal. I refused and I also sent him an email stating we would not pay anything further. 

Once the furninture was unpacked, almost every single large item was damaged in the move. This was custom ordered furniture valued at about 40.000. I filed a claim with Anthem Claim Management, LLC which handles their claims. They have offered $120.00 to settle the claim. This settlement will not even pay for the broken glass cover on the console tv much less anything else. 

This company needs to be shut down. They are very deceptive and unprofessional. The people involved in my transaction were, Serena, Chris, Dino, Andy Fort and Anthehm Claim Management, LLC.
