Be very Careful if and when dealing with Mike Tveter of Viral Solutions Group. I approached Mike about creating numerous business blogs that generate an income revenue by driving folks to a specific blog. Blogs that we intended of creating as per Mike, were 911 Tax, debt consolidation, psychic sites, personal loans, and payday loans. Collectively these sites were to generate $130k plus per year and my cost to create these sites and have Mike's firm manage them was $60k w/ re-occurring fees every year thereafter of $25-30k. This was accepted as price of doing business and we were still looking at $100k plus per year as a ROI, not a bad deal. This all started to head south once I requested a few references. I was sent 5 references that proved to be fake. Mike sent me 5 names with 5 different email address's. I contacted each of them and I received rave reviews about Mike's service. I was ultimately determined by my IT expert that each of the 5 emails that I received praising Mike and his company were all sent from the exact same geographic location, meaning each email came from the exact same location and IP address. When I questioned Mike about this he stated that he only did it because he didn’t want me to bother his "Real" clients. I explained that without references; verifiable references our deal would be dead. Mike apologized and stated that he would have some of his clients contact me directly. The first person I was contacted by was named Tobi Taymor. Tobi and I had a conversation that as you can imagine was all praise for Mike and his company. 15 min. after the end of my conversation with Tobi, he called me back and said that he just could not do this. He was contacted by Mike and was paid $50 by Mike for a fake testimony. The second call I received was from a man named Greg Shepherd and that conversation didn’t last 2 min. as Greg stated that he just had 10 kids walk in and would need to call me back. Well I waited the better part of the day for this return call but to no avail, so I called Greg back and he told me a very similar story that Tobi did. He was hired by Mike to give me a fake testimony and once he learned the dollar amount that was on the line; he decided he wanted no part of the fraud that Mike was trying to commit. I, again approached Mike about this and he told me that his client were to busy to speak with me and the second that I accused Mike of trying to commit internet fraud, he became very apologetic and promised that he would send me contact info for "Real" clients. (This would be the 2nd time Mike promised this). I received 5 names and email address's once again and once again I tried to contact each of these folks and I have not had a response from any of them as of yet. I sent those emails on Monday, Jan 6th and today is the 9th, and at the time of this post there still was no contact with the last 5 names that Mike sent me. I went a step further and requested the actual web site address's for each of the sites that Mike created for these 5 "Real" clients.........Mike is in the wind! He has not answer email, phone calls, etc. Mike learned that my brother in law is a Federal Marshall and that my wife is a Criminal Lawyer. The very last thing that Mike mentioned was that he didn’t want to ruin his reputation. it sounds and looks to me that Mike Tveter was out to commit a felony or 2. I have contacted the FBI's Internet Fraud Div, the Federal Trade Commission, and GoDaddy (the hosting company for his web site). Mike claims that Viral Solutions Group, LLC is a valid company, located in the State of UT, BUT the Secretary of State has no record of Mike Tveter or Viral Solutions Group, LLC existing as a legitimate business in the State of Utah. To this Mike stated that he formed his company thru another company called ISG3.com and while ISG3 is in fact a licensed registered agent for many different corporations across the country, this in no way prevents Viral Solutions Group, LLC from being listed with the Secretary of State or the IRS. The fact of the matter is that the State of UT (where a business license is required), the BBB, nor the IRS have a company doing business as Mike Tveter or Viral Solutions Group, LLC. The research we have done leads us to believe that Mike has criminal intent and that Viral Solutions Group, LLC does NOT exist, not to the knowledge of the SoS in UT, nor the IRS. All the details are a matter of public record and anyone is free to search from the details at the IRS or SoS web site. I strongly suggest that ANYONE considering hiring Mike or his company be extremely careful.
