VIRGILS WAY PROPERTIES Ronald Prudhome rip off artist, scumbag, Green Cove Springs, Florida

On 04-20-12 Ronald Prudhome called me and requested service on his garage door at his business Virgils Way Properties. I informed him that the charge was 115.00 per hour including the drive time to the job. He agreed and asked that we bill him. I informed Mr Prudhome that his company did not have an account, and that we could do the service under cod terms only. He agreed that this would work. I schedule the service for 04-23-12 AT 5PM. Upon arrival my technician found that the building was closed, and no one was there. After several phone calls and over an hour of waiting on the customer we were finally able to get inside and start. Once inside my technician did a complete diagnosis of the motor, and determined that the motor did not have any electricity going to it. My technician informed him that his problem was with the electricity in the building and not the motor on the garage door, and that he would need to call a licensed electrician. When i confronted Mr. Prudome about payment he informed me that he was not going to pay because we didn't do anything. while i do understand Mr Prudhomes frustration i do not understand why he is penalizing my company for his building having an electrical problem that has nothing to do with the service of fixing garage doors. furthermore, we did do a full service on the door while we were there along with troubleshooting the electrical. i disagree with the statement of we didn't do anything.
