VIRGIN CANADA MOBILITY Fraudulent Charges To Credit Card, Jail Birds, Criminals, Scammers,Liars Toronto Ontario

I signed up for a plan, for a plan called MY CREW 25, back in August 2008, and what was promised by the sales guy at the mall, at the Virgin Mobile booth, was entirely different than reality.

I was promised free Canada-wide calling to my 5 pals. NOT TRUE. The costs turned out of be 40 cents to 70 cents per minute! I was promised that I could add and remove people from the 5 buddies list on the website. NOT TRUE. People have to call in to ask the customer
service rep to do it.I was promised that Voice Mail was included. A basic. NOT TRUE! There is no VM!

I was promised there was enhanced call diversion / call forwarding so that if I didn't answer my call in so-many rings (3 or 5) it could be diverted automatically, at no cost, somewhere else. NOT TRUE! It will never ring to the VM number ..only get diverted immediately.I was promised call display, to see who called, if I missed the call. NOT TRUE! All numbers for incoming calls show as anonymous!

I had to go to the mall, and practically hammer the sales people on the head, to get a refund. And even then, the sales reps had to do the same, to an Account Manager, called Roland, at the Virgina Mobile head office, to cancel the plan, before he would do it, in face of all those misrepresentations, lies, twisted misleading info on the Virgin Canada website.

It's all a big scam!

The invoice when buying the phone says a FULL REFUND is granted if the phone was used less than 20 days and/or 20 mins of call time (depending on which ends sooner.) But, that is NOT TRUE! They will not refund you the days from the purchase price to the return day within those 20 days, but rather, do a pro-rata.

They promise a refund promptly, if the plan is canceled, but even after 5 calls or more, from the time of cancelation over 3 months hasn't produced a single refund from this criminal enterprise called Virgin Media.

The company is like a pornographic movie ...all bells and whistles on the outside, but rotten and corrupt and dishonest from the inside.
