virgin gaming scams and won't let players withdraw money from their account Internet

Virgin gaming is a complete scam! don't go on that site they just take your money I've been trying to withdraw money from my account for over a month now, i already did all the necessary steps they asked me to do to get my money i sent in my i.d and everything they asked for but they still wont send my money iv'e contacted support numerous time but they don't  respond last time they responded to my issue i was told my withdrawal has been approved but 2 days later i got this email "We are unable to refund the following deposits due to the status "denied-You chose not to accept this payment" on Paypal while your Virgin Gaming account was credited with these deposit amounts.deposit#1672836PP165380359311 for $10

deposit#1672836PP165688992502 for $10 Please contact Paypal to resolve the deposits and advise as we are unable to complete the withdrawal until the deposit status is in a charged state" first of all i withdrew $100 from my account not $30, and I've already contacted Paypal and Paypal told me the issue wasn't from them, and that i need to contact virgin gaming because Paypal will never deny any deposit if it was indeed sent to my account I've tried to contact virgin gaming numerous time about my withdrawal after calling Paypal but support doesn't respond.
it takes a couple of seconds to deposit money into your account on virgin gaming, but when you try to withdraw its a long process and they never credit your Paypal with your winning..  also contacting support is point less on virgin gaming you can only email them and when you do it take 2-3 days for them to respond and the response never solves your issue sometimes they don't even respond
