virgin mobil kyocera won't replace or fix phone even though i only had phone activated for one month and a week and just paid phone bill last week, phone started acting up and spent ovr three hours with virgin moble and the manufacturer kyrocera Nationwide

I spent over three hours on the phone with virgin mobile trying to have my phone fixed or replaced due to the fact it started freezing up and the phone is only a month old and i just paid my phone bill last week, i was told had to pay 25.00 to get a replacement phone or call manufacturer, i call manufacturer kyrocera and they told me virgin mobile was the only one who could send me a new phone and there shouldn't be a charge as my phone has a one year replacement warranty, so i call them back and was told no

I am currently having the same issue with both Virgin Mobile & Kyocera. I just filed a complaint against both of them hours ago.
