Virgin Mobile USA VICTIMIZED BY ILLEGAL BAIT AND SWITCH, AND IMPROPER REMEDY. Internet

In four months, on two separate occasions, I have been victimized by poor, Filipino, customer service, offered by Virgin Mobile USA.  These people are programmed to exploit Americans, and harass customers, using bait and switch marketing tactics.  They will lie by omission and change your calling plan, and without your knowledge or consent, remove services you have already paid for.  After you have caught them red handed, they do not remedy the offence, to an acceptable standard.  I should have been given what they baited me with, when I caught them making a switch. 

Pay as you go is 10 cents per minute, 200 minutes minimum.  Monthly service is 400 minutes for $25.00.  I was sold 400 minutes for $20.00, this time, and was being  set up for an auto-debit on my credit card of $25.00 per month, for 400 minutes per month, and no texts.  Their service is really $21.95 plus tax.  This was a bonefide bait and switch, and I was not given the 400 minutes, the standard American remedy, when caught.

I would never pay this company $25.00 for any plan they offer, they have ungodly customer service.  I would never pay $200.00 each for new cell phones for my daughter and I to use their service.  They sure do know how to drive customers away!   I am done, I will never top up with Virgin Mobile again.
