I accidentally purchased two phones from the virgin mobile website and when I realized what I had done as soon as I checked out I called them to cancel one of the phones. They told me it had already gone through processing and that I would have to just refuse one of the phones when they came. 

Well I got the phones in and they were in the same box. So I had to call them and get an RMA to return the phone. I had to pay to ship it back which I was o.k. with because it was my mistake even though they could have canceled the second phone over the phone and saved both of us the issue.

After I returned the phone I waited a week and when I didn't see my credit to my card I called. They stated that they did get the phone in their warehouse and I should be getting a check mailed to me.

We moved to a new address and I had forgotten about the return until I was going thru some papers. So I called and explained that we had moved and even though I had forwarded my address to the new address I did not get a check from them. I asked to have them just credit my card. They said that it would take 72 hours and I should see a credit.

I have been calling approximately every two weeks since the last week in October and every time I call I have to get transferred at least twice and they always tell me at the end of the call that they are very sorry and they will send my issue to corporate and they would be getting in touch with me within 24 hours. I even called and asked them to send me the phone back and I would give it to my son because his phone speaker just broke. They said they can't. The stated I would hear from someone about when I would get a credit. I never hear from anyone. 

I did send them an e-mail online from their website and received a call from them stating again that they would be taking this to corporate and that it would be resolved within 24 hours. I am still waiting for a call a week after that conversation. 

I have contacted the BBB and the local news but as of today I have heard nothing yet. I just want my money back. I don't understand why they don't just credit my card while I am on the phone. Other companies do it!!! Why can't they. They are a multi-billion dollar business a small 130 dollars is not going to make them bankrupt and they have the phone back.
