I signed up with Virgin Mobile for the 1000 text messages for $9.99. Unfortunately I entered my credit card info for auto Top Up.

All text messages were billed at ten cents per message. My credit card was charged eleven times in a period of ten days. That $21.20 times eleven or $233.20.

On my Account Page the correct plan was displayed but all text messages were billed 10 cents.

Virgin Mobile unwilling and unable to explain error. On the phone with them over 30 minutes. Sent to next level of authority. This man could not answer my question either. Told me to hold on then the phone was hung up about ten minutes later.

No satisfaction at all, and I was treated poorly.
