i paid them £40 sterling for 4 prepaycards  when used them at the paypoint was charged fee of £7  to credit £100 to one of the cards

i then used the card at atm in philippines where they charged me other £7 take out the £93  again but only got out £93.00 virgin had the other £7.00  plus the £7 at paypoint all got out me £100 was £86.00

i credit £210.00 to the virgin moneycard  and a paypont they take

£15 fee  am eft with £195.00 i go to atm in philippines take out the £195.00 again am charged other £15.00   ive been ripped of big time  £30 put in take out £210  sterling all got out me £210 sterling was £180.00

i make complaint and this executive from virgin media replys she says we will not accept the tone of your emails then threaen close the account then closed it when said i contacted ombudsman to complain  she become agressive and intimadating

when said i was contacting police to make complaint about there companey over the last 3 years virgin money has charged me £3,948.60 in fees  this is not justiied its plain simple thieft robbery of customer   they sent me refund of £5.00 after robbing £3,948.60 in three years 

tis companey is nothing but thieves and liers they used termsand conditions to rob there customers trying justifie it nothing but despicable thieves
