My husband contacted Virgin Van Lines US for a moving.My husband got a package deal to pack everything. Sept 25,2013 they supposed to be at appartment between 4pm-8pm. My husband and I were waiting until 8 pm so we decided to call the main office at california to see whats happening then later on we got a phone call from norman the driver that they are still in connecticut.So we told dont them dont come that night coz tired people do sloppy job.We told them to come at 7 am Sept 26 and we will make breakfast for them but of course they showed up 8 am.We made breakfast for them ( egg sandwich and coffee).Norman was incharged. He started talking with my husband about their business and etc.He was a talker.He told us he needs to finish the job by 4pm, because he needs to sings a happy bday for his daughter before 6pm. I said to myself "great" they are going to rush packing.They were not so much to pack coz I packed some stuffs already.We only let them do our dinner plate,cookware,glassware,my china, holiday plates,glass ware ( xmas and thanksgiving plates),queen bed, hp touch comp,32 tv,26 tv,and 46tv,marble table,wii,my husband keg for 5 liter,server ware,my daughter kitchenette,coats,drawer,wall pics,4 leather chair for table,small fridge for husband bar,kitchen electric appliances. They were 3 guys came to our appartment with 3 waredrobe and 5 booxes, no wrapping equipment.I was about to say something to them but my husband stopped me.We cant do anything.They have to go homedepot to get more supplies ( out for like an hour).The people packed our stufss,they just pick up all the frames and pics ( no wrapping, i left them to do it coz i thought they  have a special stuff to wrap all pics ( wedding pics, my daughter pics and our family pic).He said he needs to go home.He said he is going to tell and speak to his supervisor to finish the packing.We gave them a tip money too. So we arrived to florida sept 29. When they arrived here in orlando, florida oct 5,2013.I just wish i got my phone, so i can take pics of our stuffs when they open the truck door.Looks like they threw our stuff inside.We saw exactly what they left unpacking in NY.We are very suprising what they done.You calling themselves professional,they dont even know how to pack the stuff.If we knew this going to happened we should finish packing everything ourselves.but we didnt because these guys are professional.Our 46 tv was damaged was taken off its tv mount,maybe thats why got damaged coz nothing to stand on.The other tvs they left the mounts on.Our hp printer,hp touch comp flat screen,pics for walls,wall decor are not cover.One of pics frame were broken too.Marble table was badly scatched.Our daughter kitchennete got no blanket finger prints all over the place, my 3 yrs old daughter was so mad"she said mommy why its dirty",she was giving  the guy bad look.Our Wii  nintendo got little damaged ( dont work when we use it (get overheat) and it shut off automatically.The guys delivered our furniture in Orlando were nice people.We gave them $100.00 each tip x4.

when the guys left they didnt set up my tvs. when i set up my 46inch tv it was broken. so i called neil right away.he said that he has to wait for the guys to come back to see the invoice. so i said ok .two weeks later i called and thats when the run around started. i was to talk to a lady then i spoke with neil and he said it was bring taken care of. so i said ok when should i know when he said next monday.so monday i called and he said that they are going to send me a check for 250.00 i said 250.00 for what. he said for the 14inch tv. i said this is a 46inch screen tv not a 14inch. he said can i please send him a email of the damage stuff. so my wife send him a email of everything that was damage. sence then i haven't heared from him. then i started to talk to danny hes from california office. he said he was going to take care of this problem. now its going on two months now and still nothing has been done . we were suppose to have a three way talk on the phone but that didn't happen. danny gave me neils phone i called him two days ago he bretended he was someone eles. that neil wasn't here he would be back in a hour for me to call back guess what he doesn't pick up his phone now.do now i had to buy two tvs one for the livingroom and one for the bedroom. if i had a chance to get his address to that place i would go there and tell him off. these people just like to do bad things and this company needs to close thier doors because they are just going to mess up peoples stuff.
