I have very low hopes of getting this problem resolved with this virgin mobile service provider. Lets see how many weeks it takes for these personnel to figure out the simplest of a problem. My phone is paid up for the month! My phone has unlimited minutes on it! My phone has lost its ability to text! My text minutes are out! My phone was reported Thursday night by patrick piel while in Chicago, Illinois My phone has unlimited minutes and text as i paid 30.00 dollars in full and those unlimited minutes should be on this phone till end of money and first of next month!I reported this in Chicago, illinois Thursday Afternoon. I was, after many long conversations i was given 250 additional minutes to this phone. Those minutes i was told would be on my dead phone in one hour. That was 4 pm. Some time in the early hours of Friday morning those minutes finally arrived!!! I was told that the problem would be fixed!!! My phone says 160 minutes left!!! My text is oput and has been out since yesterday or sooner. My phone is a full unlimited phone which i have not had since the beginning of this month. I have lost innumeral text messages since then. i have lost contact while stuck in Chicago, illinois to many hours because of your incredibly poor service and extremely poor service with personnel. i was put in Q a dozen times repeatedly after i told the person who FINALLY came on line that they would not put me in q again. But the stupid low brainer personnel of wireless.com did the same lousy Q repeatedly to me with a low battery.
I was repeatedly told by assurance wireless .com that this problem would be fixed.
it is now Tuesday morning and my phone is not fixed and you took my money and i have not received one day of the service i paid for this month!!!! You can not continue to provide this sort of extremely poor service to anyone. And the fact that you are doing so tells me you are hurtinga lot of people out there. The government needs to know tht this is so and that vergin wireless could be providing not just severely disfunctional service but could be creating a situation were you are cause of danger or to those who use this service. I have reported assurance wireless to the Governors office once already for this sort of service which i received before from assurance wireless this report will go back to this same governors office and asked to forward this same report of the extremely poor service to all other governors office in this country to see if this is the same experience coming into their offices as well.
You continue to prvide extremely poor and dangerous service to me and that is a direct reflection of what you must be doing to 10's of thousands of others around this country. If the government is subsidizing this program then the government had better look deep into this repeated problem from assurance wireless virgin mobile! And if it is so that this same extremely poor service is rampant across this country then this service whould no longer be paid for by the governments and virgin mobile should be held liable! a class action law suite should be begun against this corporation and reimbursement to those wireless customers should be apart of a nation wide class action law suite against virgin mobile. A copy of this letter will be sent again to Governor Branstads office in Des Moines, Iowa. This is just the beginning!This phone is on your lowest priority. It is next to the last for any service you provide. you got your stinking money and then you think you can rip me off you lousy b*stards.Lets see how many day it will be before you even attempt to fix this phone.
