Here is Green Tree's Corporate Address and phone numbers for their legal department. Beware, they never return phone calls, in fact it is a recording. You leave your name and number and no one ever returns your calls. I usually fax all of my correspondence to either the paralegal Katy Roskam or the General Council David A. Shwartz that is on their letters to me constantly.

Debrobah, I need your help in getting in contact with Green Tree Servicing, LLC. I need an address and person to serve some papers. The Green Tree Servicing, LLC/Conseco, in Tempe, Arizona office is not giving me the correct information about where to serve papers to or anything, which it does not surprise me. They gave me this department name/address, but no telephone number and name.

The lady did not even know the names of the C.E.O. in the company. The name of their department is C.P. Corp and the address is 3225 North Central Avenue, Phonix, Arizona 85012.

I called information this morning to see if I could get a telephone number to contact them and of course, a dead end. This is the only address that I have, which is 7360 Kyrene Road, Tempe, Arizona. Is there anyway that I can get the appropriate address because obviously, Green Tree Servicng,LLC/Conseco is not going to tell the truth about anything. Please help me, "Deb." The FBI has turned the case over to the local authorities because Green Tree/Conseco is not a FDIC insured institution. The Feds cannot touch them. I am meeting with an attorney this week because once we notified them that our loan was fraudulent they have sent us a certified Notice of Default and Right to Cure Default. As you might know in the State of Virginia you cannot default a loan unless it is 90 days past due. We are no where near 90 days.

This is being done because we have notified them that this is a fraudulent loan. I have sent in another rebuttle explaining some things about Conseco, please read it. Green Tree is basically trying to default ALL loans period. Please, if you can get an attorney as soon as possible or you will eventually lose your home. Green Tree is as dirty if not worse than Conseco. They are a predatory lender and need to be stopped. Will update after talking to attorney

A couple of weeks ago, I received something from Green Tree Servicing, LLC stating that I need to pay my taxes off. Last week, I called their tax department in Durham, North Carolina and believe it or not, it said on the recording that there number has changed.

It is the same telephone number that Conseco Finance Corporation had when they were in business. For all we know, they could use a hotel room or some abandon house to make it seem like it is a big corporation. I called this so-called new telephone number, which is the same number in Tempe, Arizona and no answered or yet, the number is not in service.

Something tells me in my gut feeling they are still scaming people. You know that foreclosures are big business and that is how they really make their longest green. If you get time, please let your agent know about this, also, I am working on a couple of more things here. I will keep in touch.

Last evening we received a telephone call from Green Tree's collection department our regular person, Devon Hennenberry. At first the conversation was very polite. When we explained that the situation was now in the FBI's hands and we were meeting with them today, July 20, 2004 and after the meeting we would know whether or not we could go ahead and make June's payment we would let her know. She then became irrate.

She stated that we were doing things that were convenient for us. That we had not made a payment since April, not true, they deferred March, April and May payments because of problems with prior tenant. That why now were we claiming that this was an illegal loan? Because once we threw out our tenants and realized that there was a scam involved between the dealer, the mortgage company and the park manager, we dug deeper into the loan, we realized the loan was fraudulent.

She then refused to speak any longer. We could hear her in the background but would not answer any questions. My husband was on the extension asking questions. When she finally did speak she said that she personally was defaulting the loan. It is only 30 days past due and a good reason behind it.

We have a qualified buyer but are afraid to sell because we have the possibility of being sued once the investigation is over and criminal charges are brought, they buyer would then lose the home. We don't want to do anything until this afternoon. We have faxed a letter to the Regional Manager stating everything, including that we will be requestion additional agents to start investigating Green Tree itself, including their Corporate Headquarters.

I WILL NOT be threatened by anyone. I have my foot in the door with the FBI and I plan to open that door as wide as I can now to include Green Tree into this mess. I know for a fact that my husband was approved by a local bank for the same loan at 3% lower, but lied to by the dealer. I want to see Green Tree closed down forever!! I have seen the posts on here about people losing their homes and if by some small chance I can help just one person out there I am going to do it. This is the most disgusting company I have ever dealt with.

They lie to their benefit, and when you try to correct the with the truth the refuse to respond. Oh yes, they do have caller id, when my husband called back, Devon answered but refused to speak. He then called a 3rd time and went directly to voice mail. He left a very polite but detailed message that the events of the evening were going to be passed on to the agent we meet today. We will NOT put up with their crap. I will update again as soon as I have more information.

We got some fantastic news late yesterday afternoon, we have an FBI agent assigned to our case. Don't know what will come of it, but it will include Green Tree because they hold the fraudulent loan. For those out there don't give up. Keep fighting. Please, please contact you local FBI office, they can help you. You just have to contact them. We did and now we are getting some help. I will post again once we meet with our agent.

A group of people have started a chat room on Yahoo to discuss our Conseco/Green Tree problems.
Go to Yahoo.com and search "groups". The name of the group is "consecogtvics" (Conseco Green Tree Victims)....there is power in numbers and as people join and the word spreads, we can also send them back to this site to file their complaints. This site is awesome and has been so helpful to many, many people.

We have spoken to Green Tree who has since bought out Conseco Finance. They are sending us all supplemental information on this loan so that we can see exactly what Virginia Mobile Homes sent them. We know that there was some paperwork sent that was completely forged. Now we will know everything that was sent. Also found out that my husband was approved by another bank at a lower interest rate but Virginia Mobile Homes told him that he was only accepted by Conseco at a higher rate, why? Because they receive a "kick back" for every loan they place with Conseco. First of all he should never had received loan, he did not qualify and if he had qualified he could have gotten rate 3% lower. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD.
