No - don't use these guys.  NO.  If I could give "ZERO" stars, I would.  

Called Tuesday, 11-17-15 to come fix a gas fireplace..  Chuck said he'd come out the next day at 4.  At 4:30, I called him.  "Oh - I'm on an emergency call to Luray - can't come - but honestly, I forgot all about you.  How could I forget about you?"  I said I didn't know.  He said he'd be here the next morning.  

He was - all ready to fix my furnace.  Nope, my hubby said - fireplace.  "Fireplace?  REally?"  Assistant looked it up - yup - fireplace.  He left my fireplace in pieces, and charged us $118.  

I called him a week later.  He told me a new gas valve would cost almost as much as a new insert.  Um - you couldn't have CALLED me to give me this info?  We've wasted a week.  Go ahead - order a new insert.  

Called him a week later.  And then again the next day (the guy does NOT return phone calls - told me he had two clients with my last name, and couldn't keep us straight).  He told me that the unit was DEFINITELY ordered the past Friday. Or Saturday.  Couldn't tell me when it would come in.  

Has never called me back.  It's now 12/4/15 and I get to start on someone else's schedule.  AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.  Oh - and did I say, "AVOID"?  Maybe, "AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE" would be more appropriate.  Totally, completely and deeply dissatisfied.
