As soon as the cold weather set in I noticed my heating bill was very high. Viridian had raised the rates to nearly double what pse&g was charging. I know I was under the variable rate plan so I wasnt expecting the advertised rate to apply forever. When I tried to switch back to PSE&G they said it would take at least two billing cycles. ow I'm stuck paying these rediculous rates until March and I'm losing hundreds of dollars. Buyer beware.
