DON'T USE THEM !!! They gave us a fixed rate for 6 months. After 6 months I mailed it to them to renew fixed rate .My bills were doubled for the past 6 months. It took me a while to realize why I am paying so much... When I had chance to look & study my bills, found out that I've been on flexible rate. I called them to find out what happened to the renewal that I mailed to them. I was told that they never received it which I don't believe it. They take advantage giving you 6 months for 6 months fixed rate & you would have to renew that fixed rate after 6 months .... & when you renew it on line... It does not let you ... So I mailed it to them ... & they said they did not receive it. BEWARE DON'T USE THEM !!!!
