Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Total scam of a company. They prey on working mothers who are trying to work from home. They will call and interview on the phone for only 15 minutes before they tell you that you are hired.
Once hired, they don't even do a background check and only give you a 2 hour training. They tell you trainning is paid by the way at $10.00/hour.
When it's time for you to get paid, they do NOT pay you. I submitted them my invoice twice and they have completely ignored my emails. I had to cancel our contract and now seeking legal help.

I am a business owner and a virtual assistant as well. It's sad to see an online business such as Virtual Gal Friday belittle negative reviews from both Ripoff Report and Glass Door. When you own a business, you are going to get negative reviews.
What I suggest to the owner Nancy Brown and her HR employees is to learn from these negative reviews and go from there.
It's hard running a business and keeping clients happy as well as employees. Remember, it's the employee who helps your business grow and thrive. Without them, you are just working by yourself and being overwhelmed with a lot of unhappy clients.
I get Ms. Brown has a lot of clients, so she needs the employees. It takes two to work together. And like I said, you have to take the negative reviews and see how your business can change.

Stop using this person you're referring about as a scapegoat. You know very well who I am. The fact is that you have to pay your contractors for the work performed. If you or they choose to not work together any more, then you just break the agreement and both parties move on. But you still have the responsibility to pay them for the work performed. And if you do not, then that's a SCAM in my book. Also, let me remind you that we all have something called "freedom of speech" which is what this great website provides for people like me. Plus look around. There are others writing similar reviews about your company so obviously, this isn't about 1 disgruntled employee. You're a joke.

It is so sad and unfortunate when people have to resort to using a site such as this to lie and hurt a business when they are the one's who caused their own termination.
What is really sad is that RipOff report does not care who they hurt.
Mrs. Valdez stop playing your little games. Your contract you signed with our company has many clauses, one for defamation. Please feel free to share that with your attorney and watch for communication from ours.

I have no clue as to who the individual they are referring to is, but that only helps my case since it shows that there are others besides myself that are unhappy and believe we have been scammed. Thank you Virtual Gal Friday :)

I would be happy to share the termination notice sent to Ms. Valdez on July 19th explains the reasons for termination. She is also posting fake reviews on google. This needs to stop now, Ms. Valdez.
