I worked with Virtuosa Global Solutions few years ago. Here are the reasons why he is the worst employer:

- He collects money to provide W2's after leaving the company.

- He collects advances from consultants.

- He manipulate hourly rates and make more margin from consultants who get paid.

- He never pays money on time.

- He doesn't respect consultants.

- He always try to cut middle vendors.

- He is the one man army of virtuosa global solutions (suri gadu). He doesn't deserve respect.

If you plan to join this company through his wife who is the main reason for most of us joined at that time, shed your plans and go somewhere else. Never transfer your H1B to this company. He is one of the worst employers I ever worked with.
