virventures virventures.com ebay seller / marketplace ripoff Unethical, liar, wasted my time! Internet

I bought a set of four fiberglass columns off virventures on ebay. Before buying the columns, I emailed the seller twice to confirm availability, price and that quantity (as stated on the item description). The seller confirmed everything so I immediately purchased the item through the buy it now mechanism. A few days pass by and I inquired about a tracking number, seller stated that I had to wait 2-3 business days for processing. After that, no tracking number yet so I sent another message. This time seller mentions that unfortunately they did not stock the item. I was angry and checked their websites (virventures.com) and amazon to see if they had the item for sale as well and they did had many. I sent another message stating this and they replied that they cannot sell me the item at the price I bought it for (they lied, they do have the item). They requested me to cancel the order before sending a refund (that way I am not able to leave them feedback) which was very unethical. I replied to them letting them know that if they where not able to fulfill the order, I will be leaving them negative feedback for this experience. I had to wait 3 weeks for a refund thanks to ebay that stepped in to return my money. They where not able to send a refund themselves. 

Stay away from this company, bad communication, they are based in India and dont put customer satisfaction first.
