i ordered this computer from shopnbc, when it got here, none of the items offered were included, it worked stating that there were things missing, they would not send in home repair, it was offered, told me I had to open computer and repair it myself with there technology people, when i opened it, the parts were laying inside not connected at all. was given the run around about returning it and contacted betterbusiness bureau who then had them to contact me, they said since i had had it for 30 dyas then they could only repair it.

thold me that it was a 5-7 day repair time and it has been three weeks, now they call e and tell me that the case is cracked and that i had to pay for that myself, and it is not covered with the warranty. the mother board was gone which is one of the many reasons it did not work properly. the printer that came with it had previous fax history in it, which it was suppose dto be new. the getleman on the phone told me that they do not gaurantee new products, sometimes new customers return them they repair them and sell them again. i have only had the computer since november 12, 2004 and have been calling them every since, and they hace yet to assist me correctly. now they are sending me back a tower that has a crack in it and that is not how i sent it to them. they said is was because of the wrappig, it was wrapped in bubble wrap completely and sent through ups. so why is the tower cracked. and why wont they replace it offered dvd which i never received, mp3 player which i never received, and tv tuner which they state is not included with this model, these were the only reasons that i purchased this computer. none of them have been corrected to this date. this is the worst purchase i have ever made, and i feel totally stupid and used. the customer service people are totally nasty and rude and not helpful at all. the keyboard does not work and they told me that the keyboard is not under warranty and i have to replace that myself.
