I like everyone else have been ripped off by viscom technologies. After only five months of owner ship my motherboard and cpu are completely burned up because of a faulty fan that was apparently broken from day one. I have been told by tech support that I must send them the tower to be fixed, but they don't have a cpu and it may be months before they get one as they are on backorder (Yes, they actually told me that!!!) Iam tired of being lied to, hung up on and totally defrauded. $2200 is tooo expensive of a lesson for me!!! I am in the process of instituting a class action lawsuit against Viscom and ShopNBC. Too many people have been scammed by this company!!!!! If you want to be involved and try to recoup your damages let me know!!!!!!! Kimberly Grovetown, Georgia

Has Any One Actually Started a Class Action Law Suit?

Please help -
On the RipOffReport Web Site many people are claiming that there may be a Pending Law Suit involving :
V2 Premier Computers Sold On Shop NBC by Jim Peterson (owner) of Viscom Technology Group.
How does someone who has already filed a report with your website get information now on the Class Action Suit? - How do all the consumers who were in fact affected by purchasing the Junk V2 Premier Computers " GET - TOGETHER? Has anyone actually started a Class Action ???

Here's more strong ,damaging evidence (Below Ripoffreport.com post) that ShopNbc and Mr Peterson are clearly lieing on television.

The V2 Premier are manufactured by E.C.S. (Elite Group ). Elite Groups manufacturing facilities are based in Asia (China and Hong Kong). The building on Research drive in Slicon Valley that Mr Peterson always talks about is the "US headquarters" for the asian company. Don't trust Jim Peterson or ShopNBC. Need I say more!

I own a V2 Premier and I love it. It is the best computer I have ever owned.

(You where sold a "cheap" imported computer that's
so over inflated in price that Jim Peterson should be ashamed of himself for selling them on
ShopNBC. Here's a clue, look at the manufacturing
video closely that ShopNBC runs during the computer store. Jim Peterson clearly states that the V2 premier is made in Silcon Valley. All the workers are Asian and are more then likely working in China or Hong Kong. You've been sold a junk computer that is not worth the two thousand,Jim Peterson and ShopNBC are selling it for. Wake up and smell the coffee.)

I'm not a disgruntled former employee of V2 or ShopNBC. I'm just one of hundreds of thousands of satisfied (delighted) V2 Owners.

(I strongly believe that Jeffrey's post was made by Jason who works for Viscom Tech.)

There are thousands more people writing good reviews of this product than there are unhappy people. One big difference is the happy people actually own a V2 Premier and can write complete sentences.

( Where are the good reviews? I have never seen them posted on the internet? Why would someone use negative comments to try prove their point unless they where working for Jim Peterson. How much did Mr. Peterson pay you to post your comment Jeffrey, Oh I'm sorry I mean Jason.)

I Love My V2 Premier

Wow! I am so glad I bought my V2 Premier prior to reading this post. If I had read something like this and not made the purchase I would have missed out on the best computer I have ever owned.

I own a V2 Premier that I purchased one year three months ago on ShopNBC.

I'm not an employee of V2 or ShopNBC.

I'm not a disgruntled former employee of V2 or ShopNBC. I'm just one of hundreds of thousands of satisfied (delighted) V2 Owners.

When I considered purchasing a V2 Premier I was apprehensive. I had always been taught that if it sounded too good to be true it probably is. After watching the Computer Show on ShopNBC for several months, I had to try it.

My computer was everything described on the program and I was totally satisfied. While the computer worked great I had a diagnostic program that I ran that showed a corrupt memory stick. I called the support line and spoke to Justin who said he would have an on site repair person come to my home. Within a week a computer technician called and made an appointment to service my PC. He came to my home and replaced the memory stick. We talked about all the features of my system while he worked. He told me the type of memory I needed to purchase if I wanted to upgrade my system (which I later did). I was very pleased with the on line support and the on site service. Since then I have never needed any other service.

I have two Compaq computers and a Dell laptop. When they need support the 800 numbers I call gets me someone in India that seems to know less about computers than I do. Not so with the V2 Premier.

My V2 Premier has lived up to all the claims madder on ShopNBC. My future computer purchases will be V2's. I still watch the Computer Show and watch as the computers get better and the surrounding deals get sweeter.

There are thousands more people writing good reviews of this product than there are unhappy people. One big difference is the happy people actually own a V2 Premier and can write complete sentences. Every computer manufacturer has dissatisfied customers and disgruntled former employees. Don't let those on this site deny you a great computer offer.

COUNT ME IN FOR A LAWSUIT!!

I was also ripped off for $2500!!! Purchased on 9/21/04 and monitor went blank on 9/14/05...they sent a tech to replace the motherboard and it still doesn't work. Now they want me to send the tower to them for "diagnostics"; I have been waiting over a week for the shipping label! They also said it could be my monitor and had me call that company; they gave me an RMA number and told me to send it to them at MY expense! Where is the IN HOME SERVICE those 2 idiots on ShopNBC talk about??? Viscom also told me that if the tower can't be repaired, they will "buy me out" for HALF the value of the tower!! COUNT ME IN FOR A LAWSUIT!! Thank you.
