I bought the v2premier in sept.03,,had it about a month then the montior started to acting up,, I called for technical support, I couldn't understand them, they barley spoke english, My monitor kept having lines in it, they was going to send me a replacement,, I havn't gotten as yet,it is now 10-25-04..My speaker cords were broken,,web cam wouldn't work, I replaced some cables,,Well the computer still doesn't work,,last time I buy from the "ShopNBC Network" that's a guarantee!!!!!!
