Viscom Junk! Stole funds for defective products! Eden Prairie Minnesota

After reading Ripoff Reports pertaining to this computer and ShopNBC, I must also add the same scenario:

Motherboard crashed within two months. Sent in for warranty service and also spent another hundred dollars to purchase extra battery from "some Chinese support company." Computer does work with charger attached; however, both batteries that I have now are WORTHLESS AND HAVE NEVER WORKED. Not only that, THERE IS ABSOLUTE NOWHERE THAT I CAN FIND TO EITHER SUPPORT THIS COMPUTER OR TO FIND OUT WHAT TO DO ABOUT BATTERY POWER - NOT EVEN TO POSSIBLY PUT MYSELF OUT THERE FOR MORE STEALING BY POSSIBLY 'BUYING' ANOTHER BATTERY.

And I can't get into the internet address that was given as to the Class Action Lawsuit against this company. I definitely want to be a party in a lawsuit against them. Please advise!!
