Vision Building Products Fails to deliver products and fails to refund Cape Coral Florida

I found this company on the internet I called them and asked how soon they they could deliver a roll up door for a shed I was building, this was the 2nd of July 08, they said not later than 18-22 July 08, they asked that I send payment of $325 for the door via pay pal, I told them i do not trust pay pal.

They asked me to fax a check which I did, they verified on 5 July they received the fax and that I should have my door as promised. This conversation was with Don.

on the 18th of July I sent an e-mail to the company asking what the status of my door was, Amy responded and said that the plant is swamped but she would get back with me. On the 22nd I still haven't heard anything from anyone.

I called and called and called with no answer only voicemail and full mailboxes, and eventually got lucky and Spoke with Steven on the 24th he said the company was over whelmed with orders and that mine should be in production soon, I told him that wasn't good enough I could have had a door days ago from a local vendor and requested a refund.

I've sent countless e-mails and made phone calls with no response from this company again reaching only full voicemail boxes. What really concerns me is the fact that the website is down and it sounds like with the full voicemail boxes that they maybe out of business.

This company is difficult to contact and will not contact you even if you e-mail them, or leave them countless voicemails, I still do not know the status of my refund, if you do business with them you will regret it and it will be difficult to get your money back, there production schedule isn't my problem as a consumer, they need to work that out with the manufacturing plant if they plan on re-selling others products and not make excuses as I have given them every opportunity to do right

22 August 08: Prior to filing this ripoff report I have tried to call again only to find that every option 1,2 or 3 points me to yet another full voicemail box
