vision financial collection agency threats over the phone and stating they would ruin my credit newark New York

 I was contacted by vision financial over the phone about a loan that has been paid off, when I told them that they said there was still a debt and they were a collection agency.

I asked them to send me the info on it and they said they did not need to do that I just needed to settle up on the loan, when I told them I would do nothing without proof they threatened me by saying I did not want to mess with them as they could ruin my credit and more.

I contacted them the next day and asked for a supervisor and when he came on the phone he was just as demanding as the caller that called me at home the night before, when I told him I was also recording the phone call as well as them he got nasty and cused me out so I hung up.
