VISION FINANCIAL SERVICES THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL BALTIMORE Maryland

About a month ago, I applied for a personal loan via the internet with Vision Financial Services for $10000. I recieved a phone call almost immediately after filling out the application. I was told that I was approved, and that because of my credit score, this loan would be a secured one. I first needed to Western Union my "loan insurance" to a Rene Blackstone in Maple, Ontario, Canada. This fee was $1250.00. After sending the $1250.00 I was told that my $10000 would be in my checking account within 3 to 6 hours.

To make a long story short, they did not put a penny in my account. I called Vision Financial Services the next morning, and was told that I needed to also wire a "brokers fee" of $999. I refused to send an additional $999, being that it was not in my written or verbal contract. I then requested a refund, in which I was told that it would take between 7 and 14 days. It has been a month now, and still no refund.

I keep calling their so called customer service, which includes honestly I believe 4 people working out of a very small office. So far I'm told a total of 3 times that the check is in the mail. Where is this check coming from I asked, and their reply was from their Corporate Office in Maple, Ontario, Canada.

First of all, I should have known that these people are RippOffs, because I was approved for $10000 without first giving my Social Security Number. Yes it was a poor choice on my behalf. But, I was in dire need of financial help. This company has put a serious damper on my well being. I am currently on Short Term Disability, because of the undue stress and anger this bogus company has inflicted on me. I am seeking professional guidance and WILL prevail.

Do not do any business with this crooked, lowdown, devious and most of all Bull**** company. While my check is STILL in the mail, I'm determined to bring these slimeballs down!!
