Vision Labs - EpiClear Took $164.90 from my account after I cancelled unauthorized Eliot Maine

So I ordered this EpiClear and was told I would only have tho pay the $12.95 shipping fees, and could cancell in 30 days if I did not want automatic shipments. The woman (Cathy) even gave me what she called a cancellation # to give to the representative if I decided to call and cancel.

Well of course I called to cancel, I only wanted to try the sample, not spend $150.00 bucks on skin product. I gave them the # and all was well.

Well, until all of a sudden my Visa is charged for $164.90 By Vision Labs. I immediatelly called the bank and told them that this is an unauthorized transaction, but there was nothing they could do to stop it. I have to file a complaint with Visa.

I am filing a claim and I will get my money back. Whether it is from Visa, the bank or Vision Labs. This is a crock of S**t! When I called Vision Labs to dispute the charge on my debit card, they said the "cancelation" # was an "authorization" #. Can you believe that!

They refuse to refund my money and keep lying to me left and right. STAY AWAY from this company!! They are a bunch of Jerks
