They listed a Xenon headlight kit on ebay and it said it would fit my vehicle.  But when the bulb arrived, it was a single element bulb.  My car has a dual element bulb for the headlights.

So I contacted them and agreed to only send the bulbs back for exchange.  It cost $6 to ship from NY to CA and based on their ebay emails there was no mention that I would have to pay return shipping since it was an exchange for bulbs that were misrepresented in their listing.  

After 20 emails in trying to explain my problem and get them to even acknowledge that they didn't send me the right bulb to begin with, they still have not returned my bulbs.  They keep insisting that their warranty policy is for the customer to pay for shipping but they also say in the ebay listing that if the wrong bulb is sent they will replace it for free without having to send back the wrong bulb.  They don't even follow their own policy as stated on the ebay listing.  And if you go to their website, they say that customer satisfaction is their number one goal - obviously not the case.

They have wasted my time and I am fed up with them.  Filed a complaint with PayPal but want everyone to know to stay away from this seller.  They lie, they make false listings on ebay and the most important item is that they won't return my bulbs because they are too d**n cheap.  

Stay away from them!!!!
