Visions Fine Photography dishonest, unresponsive, fraud, conartist Rockville Centre New York

My daughter got married a year and eight months ago and we hired David Conn's team at Visions Fine Photography for the event. First, we arranged for a photographer at my daughter's engagement party. The day came and we (the couple, immediate family, and extended family) were all ready for pictures 2 hours before the event was set to begin. We waited and waited, and finally realized that no one was showing up. I called David and found out that he forgot to assign someone to the event, and one of his assistants showed up as the party began. We were literally taking pictures AS the guests showed up, and we missed the first 45 minutes of the party because we needed to take pictures. This just comes to show you how irresponsible David is.

When the wedding came, he showed up with his team and was pleasant to work with. However, we have now been waiting a year and eight months for the wedding album. David literally does not answer calls, text messages, or emails. When he DOES respond, it is with a quick text message that reads, "it is due in soon." This is what he was telling my daughter in February, and it is now almost August! In addition, he promised my daugter a short video trailer of her wedding as part of the wedding album, and he did not deliver this. We are all too fed up with him to have him edit it- because she knows either it will take two more years or she will never get it back. 

The bottom line is that we paid for his services ahead of time, and he did not deliver. I wonder if my daughter will ever see her wedding album... This is an AWFUL company to use and I am very disappointed and angry.
