Vista BMW Frank, (Mngr) Ron Mello sales . and Sam Internet Slales Lies And Deceptive Sales Tactics Internet, Internet

I went to Vista to purchase My BMW 528i seen the car i wanted and test drove it , It has a Idrive Navigation Button and when asked sales guy during test drive He said all it needed was updated disk and he would order it for me, well he got the $30k sale and never signed me up with BMW assistance wich is automatic, Had to haggle with him for Mats for a 2009 BMW and he did the math and told me my payments woulde here!!!! well i got to the finance guy and the payments were not there.

Well i left the dealership expecting a call with the mats 10 days later i had to call them about disk and mats he said the mats are here and he has ordered disk , so i go and pick up matts i live 20 miles from this place, i get there the salesguy Sam met me gave me mats and said make a appointment for the updated disk for Navigation so i did, 1 week later i get left work early and ran down there on a thursday i called and tried to speak to the original sales guy Ron mello he said sam would be handling it from now ,

i get there and sam greets me and takes me over to service the girl and service MNgr came out and looked at my car walked around and said sorry we cant do it today as its a 7gb upload and we close at 5pm it was 4pm come back tomorrow !!! well i run a business and driving 20 mile south to sit for 2hrs wont work i asked sam whats the solution and he said thats it .. well i left and was not happy i called over to speak to my original sales guy and i told him i was not happy he said i will call you tomorrow, he didnt i called to speak to the mngr Frank got another sales guy and left a message,

Frank never called me back... Called the the GM Joe Benvomorito, told him everything and he said he was disgusted at the way i was treated, 30 mins later i get a call from Frank, well frank started off by saying i look at your VIN # and this car doesnt have a Navigation system sir in a very condescending way ... he said he would talk to his 2 sales guys tomorrow,

Saturday 4 weeks after buying the car i get a call from Frank and he said he spoke to his sales guys and Misunderstood the sales guys and they have been in the industry for a long time and i am liar without actually saying the words. frank is like his sales guys, a cheat liar and a typical Used car sales guy... I would expect this at a buy here pay here lot but not Vista BMW i am disgusted and want what i was told the car had ... Naviagation..
