Tonight, Friday, 2/8/08, I noticed two unauthorized charges from the above named company for $14.95 each on my online bank account records. Both had come in after 7pm. I immediately googled the company and discovered this website and that I was not alone in my feeling about being ripped off. There are quite a few reports from other people about being ripped off by these same people. I didn't call them (yet) because on their web page they state that the are available only Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm. Hence their clever and sneaky billing time (?).
I do not anticipate trouble from them in revoking and rescinding these charges, especially if and when I tell them I have filed a formal complaint against them.
