This company is making HUGE profits off of a person's lack of awareness of their obscure advertising. After ordering the product, one has 14 days to tell them it isn't working, and if not cancelled within that time frame, they continue making withdrawls from your bank each month. In my case it was $97.81 and $92.53. They are unwilling to let you speak to a supervisor (although they said one would call me back within 24 to 48 hours), and unwilling to refund the withdrawl since there was non-compliance with their "policy". The product didn't work for me. For Nova Care, they offered to reduce the monthly cost per month by 50%, then 60%, before I told them all I wanted was my money back and to cancel the automatic withdrawls. I didn't get my money back, and only time will tell if they actually stop withdrawing from my account.
