I ordered a free trial sample of Vita Luminance.  This was paid by my visa credit card.  The website from which I ordered is no longer available on the internet.  The order page did not show any contract. Later I found that you had to click on the fine print at the bottom of the website add to go to another page to read the terms.  (The 'terms' (contract) were at a  different website).  This contract required me to cancel within 15 days or I would be charged $97.81.  Consequently this charge was billed to my account.  I then called Customer Service and requested a refund OR for merchandise of equal amount to be delivered.  They refused on grounds of the invisible Contract.  I told them I would report them.  They then called back and offered to refund one third of the $97.81.

If you go to the Vita Luminance official website at the bottom you will find in very light grey small prin: Terms of Contract. Chick on this to find that you have agreed to this contract once you have made your order.

The money was paid to Dermanova and shipped from Amazon in Las Vegas.  None of these names were stated on the original website.
