In Mid November an order was made for $435.05 for vitamins from this company. After the order was placed, the agent would not accept the credit card because the mailing address was different than the credit card billing address. The order was called back with a different credit card number and the new agent who took care of this said the difference in billing vs mailing had nothing to do. So the order was confirmed with the new credit card.
A few days later the merchandise arrived.....had nothing to do with what was ordered. Not one of the items were on the original order. Another call was placed to make arrangedments for returning. UPS came the next day with a mailing label and took the shipment back. It was in transit for almost week and returned on 02Dec in the morning with proof of delivery available. The correct order was re-shipped and paid and additional overnight shipping charge as the items were needed. It took over a week to get them after calling back several times letting them know about this (this is the third order!!!).
Finally they arrived with missing items. A credit was given for the non-received items, but the credit for the initial order which had been received, was still being charged on my American Express. I called numerous times Vitacost requesting they contact AMEX to let them know they had the shipment back, and to this day, a month later, it is still a disputed item with the credit card company because they have not authorized the credit back. Everytime I call, I am being told it will be taken care of and someone will call me. HA HA HA......what a joke.
I will never order from them nor recommend to anyone I am still missing my $435.05 to my american express and they have my money. How long is it going to take????? VITACOST.....YOU HAVE ALOT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE LEARNING TO DO.
