Paid for Diet ZX and never recieved the ripoff product

I ordered Diet ZX on August 31, 2001 and to date never recieved the product. Began to call the customer serveice in early November waiting on hold for up to 45 minutes.

I then spoke to Judy, she looked my order up on the computer and said the order would be shipped out in 7 to 10 days. After 2 weeks passed I still had not recieved the product. I then called back at the end of November again waiting on hold for 35 minutes, I then spoke to Lenny and he said my order did not show up in the computer, at Lennys request I faxed him over a copy of my check out status sheet along with my a call back number,

I still have not recieved the product or a call back from Lenny. I then wrote them a letter saying I wanted my money back ($55.60) and faxed it attention to the customer service manager, still no responce, no refund or no product.

DIET ZX IS TRULY A RIP OFF
