When I placed my order online it was declined. Yet, a few days later I received an email saying my order was approved. I filed a fraud claim with my bank as soon as I saw they had charged 3.95 s&h for an order that I had not placed. It is clear this company used my card and managed to get an approval without my knowledge or approval. I contacted them immediately using the phone number on my bank statement. They have 2 phone number's I am aware of 1-403-755-2682 and 1-780-833-1138 hours are 9am to 5pm EST.Or, yet another email for Customer support [vrzvitalsupport@gmail.com]They did send me a return address and failed to include an RMA#, then sent me another email saying an RMA# was required.
This is the return address I was supplied. I don't think I should be liable to pay to return the product, my order was declined. The order they sent was placed by them.

I have enclosed (copy and pasted) a sample of the email contacts I have had with them. At this point they sent the product and I have not opened the box. I have requested return information that includes an RMA# and as of June 23, 09, I have not received it. I called the June 5, 09, as soon as I saw the shipping charge on my bank statement. They promised they would cancel the order. They did not. They sent it. I have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails. Customer service has many email addresses.

Here is a series of email from them and my replies, beginning with my reply, I have included the declined order, I responded to them by phone not to retry the order:

Do not process this order. And I had requested a cancellation email from your customer service over the phone and I have not received it yet. I have enclosed copies of the emails I have received from you and one that I replied to. I have also contacted you by phone and have saved all of my contact with you indicating I want nothing to do with your company. The site clearly showed my attempted order as declined. Yet you continued to try my card. I have reported you to my bank fraud department and have requested that they issue me a new card so that you cannot charge my account when I have clearly notified you of my intentions of canceling an order that you never should have processed without my consent. Do the right thing; send me an email indicating that you acknowledge my with you, both over the phone and in several emails. I do not want to do business with you. I have indicated my intentions clearly. You will not get any money from my bank and you will not be able to make any unauthorized charges to my account. Please send a letter or email that you understand and have received my communications. Sincerely,

I will share all information and contact I have with your company with my bank.

I just went through my history and I shopped on your site on June 1, 09 and I have proof. I am taking my laptop to the bank and have already opened a fraud case. They believe as I do that you continued to use my card after the order had been declined. As you can see, your email to me is dated on the 4th.
Had my order been approved, I should have received a confirmation email on the first. The bank has opened a fraud case #RBE833964. I also have proof you tried to run my card again and that was declined as well. That declined order number is VRZ-302-2720829066 a number that is less than the order number you eventually approved. This does support that you retried my card until you were able to get an approval. I will fight this, even over $3.95, and I will expect you to pay for return of your product if you do send it. The bank will not accept any charges from you. I hope you resolve this as soon as possible. Sincerely, Tala Mayer
