On May 4th I believe it was I came across a add on MSN.com advertising a colon cleanse product which I became intrigued. I went to this site and it stated it would only charge me a shipping fee or 4.35 which sounded like a great deal. After purchasing this product through my credit card that sight stated it worked best with vitalrezv or Resvratrol. I clicked the forwarding link and it took me to this site http://www.vitalrezv.com/ and it boasts that it is part of the AS SEEN ON TV products (as the logo is on the bottle) as well as many success stories and celebrity success. I thought it sounded like a good product and purchased it for what I thought would only be a shipping cost of US$ 5.95.

A couple weeks had passed and I had got the colon cleansing product and was able to immediately cancel, but I didn't get the vitalrezv yet. I thought perhaps it was lost and didn't think much of it as it was only 5.95 in shipping and handling fees. On May 29th I checked my Visa statement and noted that there was a charge of just under $100.00 Cdn dollars on there and the description said beside the charge PURE-G-HEALTH with this number 1-204-480-0746. I immediately called and spoke to a rep there who was not very helpful. She said she would cancell it for me IMMEDIATELY I might add, and would put the request to the billing department and I would get a refund in 5 days....

WELL guess what...I had to call back after those 5 days there was no refund to my card and still not product in sight! I called exactly 5 days later and spoke to another rep there 1-204-480-0746 who said "we have sent you a email verification that you need to respond back to in order to get your refund"...lies lies lies... I looked and there was no such email and I told her this as I had my computer up and running. She said perhaps it was in the junk folder...looked and guess what??? NOPE! She said she would send another request in to send the email again.

So another 5 says past which brings us to the present. I get email saying that my order is held up in customs and do I want them to send me another one? LOL I think not. Then I get another email yesterday thank you for cancelling you will not be billed any further. So the rep I was talking to before was telling me how I am not getting the billing departments emails because its going to my junk folder but I am getting all these other responses?? Today I called asked for billing and the rep tells me she cannot put me through they dont have contact!!! CONVIENANT! and I ask for a supervisor she says they have the same authority as her...which is what?!?!

Tomorrow I will be calling Visa and then I will be sending them a letter and seeking other avenues! Something needs to be done...They are getting a lot of money from us it sounds like...if you google Vital Rezv scam...you wont be surprised how many sites come up!

Just wanted to thank you for your kind words of support. I'm still not having much luck on my situation with VitalRevz. I'm still calling them and leaving messages (everyday) with no resolution. I'm realizing we might have to chalk it up to a lesson learned...a very expensive lesson!!! I hope you get a refund but don't hold your breath. Keep me posted.

Talked to the "helpful" reps at Pure G Health and my Visa company.

Today I called back the same company in a last effort to scare them into getting me back my refund. I spoke to two different person there Lisa and Pam Smith. The names are just so random sounding to me it's like the picked them out of a hat. Pam Smith was supposedly the supervisor there and she said that basically they cannot speak directly to the billing persons who are responsible for my refund. I informed her I was filing numerous complaints with my Visa fraud depts, this site and the BBB. She seemed frazzled and asked if she could take my number and have the "billing" persons call me back. I gave it to them why not right??? She also asked me to ship my bottle back to some weird address in China. This tells me they are not a trained customer support place as she would have known that I didn't get my bottle of PURE G HEALTH rip off in a bottle.

I called scotia bank my visa department and they put me through to the fraud department where I filed a report. I gave the internet address for the stupid pills as well as told them to go to rippoffreport.com if they needed proof this was a scam. Interestingly enough though I got a piece of information from the gentlemen who took my report and filed it as "merchandise not recieved" complaint. I will be getting my money back shortly he said. He informed me that this product and a lot of supplement products on the internet are over seas and that my pills probably never made it past customs. Also that because of this the company would then pull the liability card on me as I should know that the pills would not make it here. Also that the people we are calling are just a call centre based in Ottawa that the actual distributor and owner of the company is over seas. If you go to the webpage for vitalrezv.com it shows on the very last section of the page it is over seas. I have to look into the laws now of items getting held up at customs and who is liable.

Thanks
