Vitalchek Billed for nothing Brentwood Tennessee

I ordered a long form birth certificate $12.00 with 5-7 day shipping for an extra $7.50 totaling $19.50. When I went to pay it online it said could not process and to print out this form and and fax it in to the number that was on the form. The form even said nothing would be billed until I faxed in this form. I decided the heck with them I'll just send it straight to Mississippi records myself saving me the $7.50. I was billed on my credit card for the $12.00. That was 7 days ago.

My biggest question is why was I ever billed? I called the 1-800 number and after a long wait I ws told a third party charges $7.50 just for using the website? I told them I was billed by Vitalcekand not some 3rd party. I was then told I'll sumbit a credit request by Allen and that I should get a credit in 7-10 days. Will I ever get it I'll let you know in 7-10 days.
