The device is based on the popular handheld vaporizers most people use to wean off smoking. Leads for Vitamin Vapes come through several different online sources and referrals. They are approved through Amazon Prime as a health product and receive a lot of interest through this avenue. Mr. Farah explained the sales and services process once a consumer has decided to purchase, "they hit the link and then they buy. If there’s a defect in the product we will send you another one. The defect rate is 1 in 10,000." They have great pride in their product and have nearly a 100% satisfaction rate. So, we have all the certifications like the UCC and all the formulated in the USA, vegan certified, we have the appropriate because it’s like the electronic like UCC and whatever all the different things that come along with having certifications for having a device."
