Vitelity is a voice service provider, not a telemarketing company. If you are getting calls like this than it is likely a customer that is abusing the system and did not change their caller ID from our default. We respond very quickly to these reports and take immediate action to stop these calls. Please go to http://vitelity.com and follow the instructions on the Contact page to file a complaint and we will investigate it immediately.

Vitelity is a phone service provider and as such does not make outbound calls our self. What you are experience is most likely a customer of ours that did not change the default Caller ID Name information and so you are seeing it as coming from Vitelity. We insist that our customers obey the laws and adhere to the Do-Not-Call registry and immediately remove numbers when asked.
If you are getting repeated calls we need you to go to http://vitelity.com and follow the instructions on the Contact page. With that information we can locate the customer and get them to stop. If we they do not follow our instructions they will have their service terminated.
