This has been the biggest insult and lie I have ever encountered.  I am astonished that a compnay can send products and bill you repeatedly, but never answer a call, an email or provide a mailing address for complaints.

This is a negative option obligation, with no way to cancel.

I have called to proported 'customer service' numbers that do not exist.

I have called numbers that leave me on hold for over 15 minutes with no live response.

I have tried to email a support address with no web presence.

I have emailed to their original order site with a 48 hour promise to answer and received a reply 2 months later, only after filing a dispute wiht my credit card company.

The contract is vague and ambiguous.  The free sample is nothing of the sort.

The fifteen day trial begins with the order date, even though the product is not shipped until 2-3 weeks later!!!!!

Contact numbers are difficult to read.  Products are shipped in unmarked boxes and not accepted as return mail. 

After all this, these charges were deemed credible and when re billed in JULY, have generated serious problems for me.

this is criminal, not to mention a very very far cry from Customer Service or concern.

When a person is not satisfied with a purchase, it seems ridiculoulsy unfair to make them the problem for not honoring an agreement, when, on examination of the product,  no relationship with the company is desired.

My money and charges should be refunded completely.
