vivopl website is dead end - product burned my face Miami Florida

 I was in Miami this passed August and was approached by a young lady at the kiosk selling the Dead Sea facial products.

She demonstrated on my arm ... the 4th time I used it on my face; it burnt my skin.

I have tried to go to their website to see about refund or some sort of restitution and I hit a dead end.

The website is just 3 photos and nothing else.

No contact info, no product info, nothing.

So now I am out my money and am unable to use the products.

Am not a happy camper.
