V&L Property Management Ty London, Salam Soufi, Rosa Casillas General Manager, Ty London, a tyrant. Ty London verbally abusive in his treatment towards me and other rent-controlled tenants. He has trapped my cat beneath my apartment after spraying our bungalows for insects and left her there to die. Of course he did not give a proper legal notice of this heinous act. Not only does Ty London of V&L Properties abuse and harass the tenants in rent- controlled units who complain of necessary repairs, but he allows his on-site manager, Salam Soufi to harass me and my son as well. Salam Soufi was witnessed to yelling at me through my bathroom window, calling me and my son crazy. You see, my son was recently abused by a female neighbor who happens to be a friend of Ty and Salam. Salam tried to convince me not to press charges but I did pursue the criminal case. The woman was charged and finally convicted.

Since the incident back in August 2013, Salam has been aggressive, verbally and emotionally abusive towards me and my son. Whats worse is that Ty, the GM, allows this abuse by Salam and he allows the continued abuse and harassment against me and my son by this child abuser. My son and I have been in fear for nearly half a year now. I have asked Ty if I could move away from her which would also allow him to repair my UnInhabitable bungalow. He ignores my requests and has stated to me that, if I don't like it then I can just move!

Ty London successfully intimidated other tenants and forced them to move and thinks it will also work on me. I asserted my rights, just as I did with the child abuser next door, and filed with LA Housing and Dept of Health and safety. I have a rat problem and limited electricity in my unit. Now V&L Proprties has begun a more severe retaliation against me. Gossiping about me to neighbors and last Thursday Ty sent his maintenance men into my unit without a proper notice and after I requested them Not To Enter. Ty and his crew literally broke into my back door as apparently they lost their own key? My back lock and the surrounding door panel was broken rendering it further uninhabitable. I filed a police report with LAPD... Unlawful Entry.
