In March 2009 i contracted with Voicelogic.com aka Infolink Technologies Corp using the representitive Frank Panagiotidas for 50 "hot" transfers for Debt consolidation leads.  Frank assured me his company has successfully provided "hot" transfers for other companies and could provide me with 50 over several days.  He would only take a wire, which i did, for the amount of $2140.00 usd to the bank of Nova Scotia in Toronto. 

After receiving my money he told me they weren't having any sucess providing me with the transfers and told me that i have used up all my money based on an hourly rate.  I informed him my contract clearly states i was paying per transfer, not by the hour and told him to either provide the service he contracted or return my money.  He said they don't give refunds and my money is gone.  I have left messages for Caeser Correia whom i was told was the president of the company but he has not returned my calls. 

Simply put, Voicelogic.com has not provided me with 1 single transfer and has broken their contract.  They refuse to provide the service and won't refund my money.  Therefore i'm taking my situation public and hoping to get my refund.
