Voice Stream rogues/fraudulent billing consumer/fraud ripoff maple grove mexico

I hope no one uses Voice Stream because they are nothing but thieves, believe me. I have been with voicestream for over a year now and still in a contract with them. Since I have been with Voice Stream they have been over charging me. Before it used to be $10-$20. But not too long ago, voicestream began the dreaded upgrading that I'm confident every customer with voicestream knows about. For days, no one could check their voicemail. All my friends complained about it. Anyways, soon after I started get over-charges on about $100 dollars and more. Before I would pay $10 charges because I wasn't keeping track of my calls, but these new ones I couldn't take. I refused to pay the overcharges and started calling them. They wouldn't do anything about it and so I decided to write. Some VP named Stacy couldn't even take the time to call me after I took the time to write--He just left me a voice message saying YOU USED THOSE MINUTES PAY! I was furious. I called back and told someone what happened who called Stacy and told him the least he could do was talk to me. He called me on the phone (was so rude) and said mail me what you think the problem is because I can't find any (basically I was a liar and a thief). After sitting down over a whole bill, I sent it to him. He called me back saying he had to do what he did because their are many false complaints out there and his time is money (and of course I have nothing to do with mine). He found out that within the 3 months I had specified, voicestream had overcharged me about $400. He was going to credit it right away, but what about the other charges I didn't have time to complain about? If Voice Stream can do that to me, they have done it to at least some one else. How do you explain over charges of $400 in 3 months. That is plain STEALING.
