Voice vox - solo communications - ESBI 3rd party billing ripoff on local phone bills for Voicemail services Clearwater, Florida

I,like many others are being billed by our local phone companies for 3RD party services. It seems extremely easy to do this with nobody asking any real questions about who or why services have been added. Most of these companies billing us are very fringe,and probably do not even provide services and are only in the business of billing through others.

The Company that charged me was called Enhanced Billing Services Inc.(ESBI),which was working for SOLO COMMUNICATIONS and VOICEVOX. ESBI said they do billing services for Companies that do not have there own billing departments. ESBI is located in San Antonio,but their call center is in the Phillipines.

SOLO COMMUNICATIONS is located in Clearwater Florida.

VOICEVOX is located in Missoula Montana.

However these companies can change names and locations in short order and probably are just shell companies which provide nothing to anybody,and only operate to bill us. and both are probably owned by another company,or work together

I called both companies,and each said someone had signed up my phone number for private voice box services. One said the website used was USPRIZEDRAW.COM. The supposed person who signed up was Cheryl.abby@charter.net. Probably also fake.

So in the end folks, CHECK EACH PHONE BILL CAREFULLY. Contact the Attorney General in each state where these companies do business and your own. Also contact the BBB. AND write your Congress to get rid of this stupid 3RD party law that allows any Tom,d**k or Harry to bill you.
