Voice Vox ripoff Unauthorized fradulent billing to Southwestern Bell Bill Agoura Hills California

Two Months of billing to my telephone bill before I caught. Numerous calls to voice vox. Got in touch first time, they said they would send "proof" of my internet ordering. No proof ever came and couldn't reach them since. Phone company said they couldn't help or remove the charges because of FCC laws. On the third call, for some reason phone company said they would charge back voice vox the charges. The amount was subtracted from this months bill.

Wrote a letter to FCC. phone company said that Voice Vox has an online pop up and if you just click on it it authorizes them to take out the money. They said their hands are tied because of FCC. Who's getting kickbacks here. Thanks for allowing this info to get spread around Rip-Off.com
